International Orders Only (USA and Canada Excluded)
Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Thursday. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.
International Shipping
We proudly ship outside of the United States of America and Canada! Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please email ap-concierge@alyceparis.com for an estimated delivery time. The delivery times is an estimate and depend on the shipping carries, custom clearance, and your location. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to custom dees, duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local custom office for more information on possible charges.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
